Abstract: The Australian B2B fixed services market, encompassing business voice, connectivity, and related services, is projected to reach $7.501 billion by FY30, growing at a 1.6% CAGR, which is a modest improvement from recent years. Legacy fixed voice and IP-VPN services will continue to decline, but more slowly. Conversely, IP voice, Ethernet and Internet connectivity, and network services will drive medium-term growth.
Enterprise segment revenues will grow at 2.0% CAGR, while voice-heavy SMBs will see lower growth of 0.8% due to legacy voice decline. The Data & Internet market will grow at 0.7% CAGR, with Ethernet and Internet gains offsetting IP-VPN losses. Network services are expected to grow at 3.0% CAGR.
