Atlassian, an Enterprise Software company has agreed the acquisition of Trello, a project management application, at the price of US$425 million.

The acquisition allows Atlassian to further expand their offerings to the non-software developer market, whilst following the market movement towards software consolidation.

Following announcement of the acquisition, Atlassian have raised their full year revenue forecast to $613 million which includes $4 million in estimated revenue from Trello.
